Erie Construction Never completed job Dayton Ohio

I purchased new kitchen cabinets form Erie that were supposed to be installed within six weeks. After signing the papers the sales rep. came back and told me he gave me the price on the wrong cabinets and I had paid for the cheaper cabinets. I told him "too bad" the contract was signed. After six weeks and calling them several times someone finally came out and gutted my kitchen. Then I didn't see them again for four months. My calls were never returned and I was without a kitchen for that time. (Water was turned off, sink gone.)

Finally they came out and started installing. Twice they had the wrong size cabinets. So it was another two months before I could use my kitchen. After they were "done" I noticed several scratches, big gouges, and broken hinges on the "new" cabinets. They also hadn't installed what they said they would install. When I told them about it they went to Home Depot and bought some cheap stuff to install. They also removed a ceiling fan and a partial wall. They left the holes in the ceiling and wall. When I refused to finish payment they sent a kid out to patch the holes. My dog could have done a better job. When they ran out of crown molding they put in some cheap stuff that looks terrible. I was so frustrated that I signed the papers with the stipulation, in writing, that they finish the job within the next week and that I get a partial refund for waiting so long for them the finish and because of the terrible job they did. After several calls and threats to report them the Better Business Bureau they finally sent me a partial refund, but they never finished the job.
