I talked with an Expedia CSR about the travel problem my wife and I are having with United Airlines. She kept saying my wife had already boarded the plane in Denver for Springfield, Missouri. That is kind of hard to do as the plane is still an hour away from Denver. As it stands now, thanks to Expedia and United Airlines my wife will have to sit in the Springfield/Branson airport for two days because of the road conditions caused by "Storm Titan." Neither have been responsive to their customers needs. To make matters worse the Expedia CSR doesn't know about time zone changes. Denver is Mountain time and Springfield is Central time. 6:39 PM Denver time is 7:39 PM Central time. I called Expedia at 6:40 PM Central time. Whatever happened to vendors being responsive to the customers needs? It is obvious that Expedia and United Airlines are NON-RESPONSIVE to their customers needs.
