Experian Experian Credit Reporting Agency FTC complaint and ID theft victim Allen, Texas

I have been disputing the negative  items on my Experian credit report
for over two years. Experian refuse under the fair credit reporting act
to do any formal investigations- I have sent them my ID address history
SS card and proof of residence 3xs ( Stall Letters )  I called EX again
after looking at my updated credit report. They let a collection (
Mountain land and Bonnville collection report 50 negative items on my
credit reports-on top of it the name that is being reported is not mine
nor is the SS#- But they refuse to follow the Federal Law 's in place to
 protect us consumers. I filed a compliant with the FTC.gov  Complaint
against Experian and Bonniville and Montanan Land collections - Experian
is re-aging all of the Neg items.



Resolution Sought: Experian and Bonniville and Montanan Land collections
- Experian is re-aging all of the Neg items. There is 50 new items five
SS# and four different names on my report. Equifax and TransUnion
deleted all of the Neg items that where not mine.I sick to death with
Experian thinking they are above the law.
