Experian Damaged my credit,false reporting,when valid reason given still put back false credit reporting Costa Mesa California

experian,equifax , transunion-make their money from creditors,so they slant collection in creditors favor , ignoring the publics rights-federal,state,fcc,ftc.
i bought two oreck electronic air filters (750.00 ) 1 year warranty,they stopped working,one at 7 months and one at 9 months.told me i had to go to local service center in cherryhill,nj.,called said they would check out to see if warranty problem or charge to me,says 1 year unlimited warranty.i call oreck to send me box to ship,never recieve.said would remove last 98.00 charge,3 years later recieve bill from collection agency,now 6 years later im getting alpat collections for 98.00 the last payment,but they still have not sent shipping packages for bad units.i will make court date and bring bad oreck electronic air filters so they can pay my court time.

p.s. also i have 5 other collectors which have not been settled,yet experian,equifax and trans union still keep putting back on.
