Experian, Experian Credit Tracker Trial Period charges before trial should be over. Experian refuses to fix it. Internet

I ordered the 7 day trial of Experian credit tracker on December 9, 2014. I immediately got an email verifying such and they charged my account at midnight that night, which dated the transaction for 12/10/2014. By day 4, I had decided that I did not wish to continue after the trial period. However, this was a weekend so it was not possible to reach anyone to cancel as the email stated that to cancel I would have to call their 877 phone number.

I called first thing monday morning 12/15/2014 to cancel and was informed that their system showed that I had ordered the service the previous monday (which would be exactly 7 days prior to my call) but that my service was on day 8 and therefore I would not be able to cancel the charge to my credit card. DO NOT ORDER THIS SERVICE. Not only does Experian allow listings on your report that are far past the legal limit for listings, but they will lie to get your money as well.
