I thought that when I was buying my car from EZ AUTO it was going to be a good car and last me through my four year loan. But I was wrong. I have only had my car for 14 months. When I first bought it I was having a bunch of problems with the tires and had to get the two front ones replaced because they kept going flat for no reason. They also sold it to me with a whole in the front bumper, which I never realized until I had already bought it. When I brought it for my inspection six months after buying it, I ended up having to put a couple hundred dollars into it for things I didnt even know were wrong. It needed an alignment and a new tie rod.. Now after having it for fourteen months ONLY and still oweing three thousand dollars on it, It broke down the other day, and I had it towed to a garage and they looked at it saying my transmission and engine are RUINED. My dad is a mechanic and luckily knows how to fix it for cheap to get it running for a couple months, but said that it is only a temporary fix and that I am going to have to get a new car. I am so displeased with EZ AUTO. They were absolutley rude when I bought my car, and I guarantee they knew there was something wrong with the transmission because when I called the garage that looked at my car they said that what caused the engine and transmission problems, has been going on for a while. (Its just been getting worse over time).. I now have to get a new car in a few months when I've got the money for yet another down payment on something else. I will NEVER go to EZ AUTO again, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND going there to ANYONE. Go somewhere else guys, its not worth it to get a car from someone who is selling lemons.

There are several possibilities here. Maybe the whole car wasn't even on the chassis! Also, perhaps somebody tried to put a cadillac converter on a car which wouldn't work. Then also maybe the break problems...like a huge crack right down thru the transmixer. You guys are so rude. You probably work for them.

with a name like EZ Auto what did you seriously expect? These are all things a smart shopper would have noticed

Did your mechanic dad check out the car for you before you purchased it?

but, the car is 7 years old and likely has over 100,000 miles on it.
" I guarantee they knew there was something wrong with the transmission because when I called the garage that looked at my car they said that what caused the engine and transmission problems, has been going on for a while. (Its just been getting worse over time).."
What DID cause both the engine and transmission to fail?
How can you guarantee the seller was aware it would go out in 14 months?
What was the warranty on this seven year old car you purchased?
Did the mechanic you took it to prior to purchase note the problems with the engine and transmission?....you DID have it checked before purchase, right?
"They also sold it to me with a whole in the front bumper, which I never realized until I had already bought it."
You weren't very observant, were you, not even knowing about the "whole"(sic) in the front bumper?
I believe you shot yourself in the...er...foot.
