Fairbanks Capital RIPOFF CRIMINAL HOME STEALERS Jacksonville Florida
*Consumer Comment: Get a Class Action Suit in North Carolina
I am in the middle of fighting the good fight with Fairbanks/Loan Servicing Center. We have been sending our payments in by Western Union since they can not seem to post the checks correctly. Each one has been sent back.
Then they stated that I had no insurance even though I did. After 2 years of this I hired a lawyer who is just as frustrated with this as we all are. I am trying to get a group of us together to file a class action lawsuit so that maybe we can shut this company down. If anyone is interested file a rebuttal with this report.
Contact your Congressional representatives, Govenors and Attorney Generals as well.

Get a Class Action Suit in North Carolina

I found your report on page 6 of the Fairbanks search reports..I have also filed a report with Rip-Off about Fairbanks Capitol. Read it on page one of the reports "Another Rip Off by Fairbanks Capitol Corp."
I have filed a report with the NC Attorney General, FTC, Sen. John Edwards, and Sen. Elizabeth Dole in January 2004. So far Sen. John Edwards staff has called and is checking on them. The Attorney General's staff also noted to me that they are checking on my complaint, as is the FTC. NO word yet from Sen. Dole.
When they called me they all noted that they had a lot of complaints about Fairbanks, and was very familar with the company.
I would love to get involved with a class action suit against this company. I have read a lot of complaints from folks like us in North Carolina, and wish we could all get together and stop this, in my opinion, fraudulent company. They need to be stopped before they hurt a lot of other good folks. Please read my original complaint filed on Jan.29, 2004 on page 1 of the complaint reports.
Also still fighting !
