Ever get a $2287.00 check from a mortgage company? We did,
Here is what the letter said: The Loan Servicing Center recently completed a review of your mortgage loan account. As a result of this review we identified a credit balance that resulted from a previous overpayment of amounts due on your account.

Enclosed is a check that represents the refund of the credit balance. Of course they gave a number and I called them with check in hand, I explained the letter and check I asked them if there were any past due amounts due, after about 2-3 minutes he came back and said Mr. Williams we show you current and can spend that check any way you want, thanks and have a nice day. Click..
Then was told three months later we owe over $2200.00 in get this... CAPITAL CREDITS they said.

We have been dealing with this co. for three years. They have sent us many DEMAND LETTERS for bogus attorney fees and other fees that were never on our statements, plus threatening foreclosure letters.

We were even told at one time That is how we make our money we fourclose on your property and then sell it at full market value, we had to come up with $8000.00 for all sorts of fees and things of such and sort. When we asked for a list or even a printout faxed only response we got was its been sent to you in the mail. Where still waiting.

They could have at least offered a little Vaseline with all of this, and we are still going through it even now.
