Federal Student Loan Alliance RIP OFF PLEACE DO YOUR HOMEWORK, THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF THIEVES Tustin California

 I had this company contact me about my student loans and the possibility of getting them reduced and possibly forgiven as I am a Registered Nurse. I was told I would recieve applications in the mail and that my loans would not go into default, well I paid 347.50 a partial payment and never recieved the said paper work. I stopped the second payment from going out to them and contacted the company to tell them I wanted my money back. I filed a complaint with the BBB IN EARLY SEPTEMBER, I still have not recieved my refund and as a matter of fact these thieves took an additonal 25 dollars and 29 dollar maintence fee from my account. Please do your homework, these people are thieves and take your money and then don't want to return it.
