Firepay Someone used my Identy and they did not believe me I filed.. Montreal Qubec Canada Internet

I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and obtained a address of the internet but it is for their parent company optimal solutions and I contacted them abouyt this to confirm this is where I sholud send corospondence they emailed me back 5 times asking for identifying information but did not give me an address I gave them the information and the just said well this account has been permanatly closed and i had indicated fraud on te account and it has been escalated to the proper department for review I already told them fraud 2 years ago they did not believe me I just wanted a address to send bankruptcy info to make them leave me alone they have threatened jail and every thing but now I cant even call them they said email only but they dont answer your simple question as to where to send bankruptcy info to frustrating.
