First American Home Warranty Ripped Off-Did not pay claim, I cancelled with fax confirmation and still taking money from my account. Santa Ana California

I signed up for home warranty service with First American...I find out they did not pay the claim for AC tech to come out and check the condenser. The AC person came and did not bother to check any part and filled refrigerant which leaked out by next day and demanded I pay him $55. I wrote the cancel letter and faxed to cancellation department on May 23 2008 about dissatified service and still they took out my money from my account in May and June 08. I called several times to cancellation department and got a call one week later and was told that my money will be refunded within 7-10 business days from May 23, yet still no refund. I called corp office and they said that they could not get any information from the cancellation dept and that someone will call me back. no calls as of today is 6/19/08.

PLEASE LET CONSUMERS AWARE THAT THIS CO IS A RIPPOFF. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT SHOULD BE FILED!!
