I have found that each time you send a certified cease demand to these collection companies, they hand your file to the aka in the next suite over and then someone else starts calling until you relent.

First Credit of America is making harrassing phone calls to collect on a debt that I do not owe to Clear Credit (credit repair company). I do not know how they got my ssn. They say I used their services on the internet but I have never heard of the company. I believe it is a scam. They are trying to get $59.95 out of me.
