FIRST NATIONAL CREDIT ripoff deceptive company Aliso California

I applied to this company because the advertise that i could get a credit card but when the package came it was'nt what it was suppose to be so i called them and they tried to talk me into keeping the package but i tell them that it was'st what i wanted so i send the credit card and booket back they told me that i was going to get my refund in about two weeks it has been over 2 month and i have'nt received my money yet.
