FIRST NATIONAL CREDIT Ripoff - Uncommunicative, misdirected, deceptive company ALISO VIEJO California

I recieved an offer in the mail for a 15000 dollar credit limit with an 0% APR for 12months, and no credit check required, no phone number , just a return flap with a return envelope. They wanted a 37.00 processing fee. It sounded great, so I accepted the offer, and sent the money. About 10 days later I recieved a gold card from First National Credit, but it was a catalog order based credit card. I can not charge anything outside the catalog the send me. They misdirected me and it was very deceptive. they led me to believe that i was going to get a secured credit card. sara tacoma, Washington
