Floam The company that has been advertising on national television and online is nothing but a fraudulant ripoff. I place an order for floam that was suppose to be $19.95 plus $7.95 for sh and they charged me $110.60. I contacted them by email because I could never get anyone on the phone. They replied in an email trying to tell me that I ordered more than (1) order. I replied back NO I did not

I placed an order for (1) order of floam which was suppose to be $19.95 plus $7.95 (sh)and this company debited my account for $110.60. I tried to contact them by phone several times and I could not get to speak to anyone, so I tried emailing the company and the replied to me that I placed more than one (1) order. I replied back to them that I had not placed but one order and I did not want them to send anything to me. This company is nothing but a fraudulant ripoff. I would not recommend anyone go on this site and order anything from them. I told them that they could keep their product and refund my account. They stated to me to refuse the item and them they would refund me. I am not going to accept anything from them because why would I order $110.60 junk. I told them that I would be contacting the better business bureau because this is ridiculous. That is why I usually do not order online because things like this. How can you just think that someone would even order $110.60 of this junk. If you believed it may be an error why not contact the person before debiting their account.
