I am not sure exactly how your site works, but I would like to share my story.
Back in "04" I purchased a FL/Bahamas vacation package for $500 and was told all the wonderful things that the vacations had to offer. Below are all the things I was lied to about:

1) Package was supposed to be good for 2 years, expired within less than a year
2) Occupancy was for four adults, it was four 2 adults 2 children (plus fee's added on to that when it was supposed to be free)
3) Free flight tickets were promised to certain destinations and when you get the package, the destinations are completely different.

and the list just keeps on going. Not only have I left several messages.... but NO ONE ever calls back!

Is there anyone doing anything about this... is there anyone I can call to try and get my money back? If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. Thanks... concerned consumer.

Well isn't it funny that after all the times that so many people that feel they have been ripped off by the FL. Tourist Bureau haven't gotten return phone calls or what they were promised.....they go on a website called Rip-Off Report and you answer....how typical. That in itself speaks volumes. And isn't it great that every rebutal that I have read including mine.....always leads to the VICTIM being at fault, followed by a nice little snide remark at the end. These rebutals from your company just go to show how unprofessional you are and that you really are out there to scam people.... otherwise you would be trying to help resolve the problem instead of bashing the person that is just trying to figure out WHY. As far as your response back to me, why would I fax in reservation for a package that says EXPIRED! That is why I have called(no response...and if you are such a company with dignity, then why can't you call people back...gee we all know the answer to that)....and if my package is good for 2 years, than why are the expiration dates BAD.....and why would I now try to book a trip when all I read is how people got screwed when what they were promised was never delivered! Sorry to ramble but this seems to be the only way you will respond.
