I've come to expect to be lied to and confused in my quests to find affordable vacations but this company does'nt even go through the motions of trying to fool you into thinking your getting a deal once they've got your money. The main selling point which is match play gambling coupons was never given to me on check in, nor did I get the free shows promised.

The hotel manager had never heard of the company so I assume no one gets the packet. Of course no response to my voice mails asking why. Add that to the fact that I could have booked a trip myself much more cheaply and conveniently (I did'nt remember that my flight home was likely to be the red eye when I agreed to the trip). Too many inconveniences to mention. Suffice it to say deep regrets and infuriation goes hand in hand with this company. My new rule of thumb: If I'm not told up front that a vacation company is trying to sell me something (time share, etc.) I won't get a deal over the phone.
