The Fyves advertised a campaign to sell a certain amount of t-shirts with a particular design (a take-off on Red Bull energy drinks, using a picture of a French bulldog instead of a bull, and calling it French Bull). I received several emails after reserving mine, indicating that they received my order, that the goal had been met and my payment was being captured (it hasn't) and that my order would be shipped in 4 to 5 business days. Their website, fyves.com is not working and returns an error message.

Hi there,

Unfortunately I can't comment on our site being offline as it works for me (21th of June), but please be aware that our national postal service in Europe has restricted shipments to the USA recently.

Our national postal service was recently privatized, and unfortunately that meant that many orders that were ready to be shipped couldn't as the service decided to raise the prices for shipping to the US drastically.

We understand the implications this has had to our US customers, as can be seen by various of these reports as well the disputes.

To receive your money back, kindly file a dispute with paypal or your credit card company. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to you as we take great pride in elaborating the products we offer on our website. We would have liked to see you enjoy your apparel rather than what happened instead.
