Charged twice the going rate for replacement of springs to my garage door. I was told by the representative that it would be $265.00 but when they got to my home it was $469.99. I got him to agree to $400.00 and agreed to pay $200.00 by credit card and tha balance of $200 by check. My credit card was immediately charged twice in the sum of $200.00 and $200.00.

I would highly recommend that NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY FOR A GARAGE DOOR REPAIR OF ANY KIND. I WAS CHARGED (469.99)TWICE THE GOING RATE. I THEN AGREED TO PAY $200 ON MY CREDIT CARD AND $200 BY CHECK. HOWEVER, WHEN I CHECKED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THE NEXT DAY THEY HAD CHARGED THE CREDIT CARD $200 AND $200 IMMEDIATELY ON THE SAME DAY. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST RIP-OFF AROUND AND WILL NEVER USE THEN AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
