Garage Door Service Company Fast at install, Warranty work is a joke! Minneapolis Minnesota

We were impressed that we called the same day when our garage door opener broke and got a great deal on a new opener and it installed the same day.  Great to hear that there was a 30 day parts / labor warrenty on the opener.  Less than 24 hours later the opener's remotes stopped working.  Called up and was told someone would be out that day to fix.  7 hours later I called back to see when they were coming, and they said they called to reschedule (which they didn't) but will need to be out the next day between 11 and 2.  So 2pm the next day rolls around and still no sign of them.  Called up again and they said they were 25 min out.  The tech gave us two new remotes and tested it and left.  Less than 24 hours passes and the remotes stoped working again!  Called up and they said they'd be out between 2 and 5pm.  After multiple calls...it's now 7:15pm and STILL waiting for them to show up...on a FRIDAY night.

The customer service at this company is a joke.  They can't keep appointments or they over schedule their installers.  Talked to several people this week and said they won't do warranty work on the weekends and if we don't get it done tonight then they can try to get us in on Monday.   Really sad how they don't stand behind their work.  I'm about to ask the guys, if he shows up tonight, to just take it out and refund the money at this point.
