Gateway Chevrolet ripoff/dishonest uncooperative in resolving issues they made mistakes on Chicago Illinois

My neice went into Gateway Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle, she called me and asked if I would co-sign for her I told her I was far away and could not get there to do it that day. The dealership said they would come out to me with the papers, mind you I was out on a weekend on my friends boat having a good time not really in the state of mind where I should be looking over these types of documents, so now I am on the loan as the primary/buyer of the vehicle, o.k. I signed the papers anyway after they told me it does not matter if your co-buyer or buyer there is no difference, only to find out the car is now registered to me and not the owner of the vehicle, so went back to Gateway to have this changed and they told me too bad you already signed the paperwork we can't change it. O.K. fine I'll have the finance company change it, however, when I signed the papers for this vehicle my boyfriend had told me to make sure there was gap insurance on it, so when the papers arrived I asked them they said yes here are those papers so I signed them, only to find out they are nowhere to be found, they were taken out of all the paperwork and now there is no Gap insurance on this vehicle, I have witnesses that saw me sign the Gap Insurance papers but the dealership has no record of it.

This is a shady operation and I advise no one to use this company for anything they SUCK!
