Gateway Chevrolet I talked with Mary Ann in Finance and explained my credit situation to her, I also completed a credit application as well. Mary Ann called me back and told me I was approved to come in. Chicago Illinois

Basically they advertisement on the radio and TV says everybody drives regardless of credit. I am living proof that their they are a fraud. I was there for five hours and left with no car.

I said to them your advertisement says regardless of credit. I spent at least 45 minutes on the phone with Mary Ann who told me she was one of the finance managers and they based on my income she would get me a car. She said we only run your credit because it is the law and we want to prove you are who you say you are. She told me it would be no problem getting a car.

Well I meant with a salesman name Santini and after calling three co-signors told me he couldn't get me financed. I told him about my conversation with Mary Ann and he said she just someone who answers the phone to get people to come in. Needless to say after five hours of sitting in there and to be told no I was quite frustrated and very disappointed to be blantly lied to.

Today, that same Salesman had the nerve to call me back and ask me if I had another co-signer.I really thing that false advertisement and misrepresentation need to be dealt with and the people who continue to take advantage of or mislead people.
