Purchase 328441, iPhone 5s it never arrived. Called Gazelle spoke to Britney what a miserable person. She said she had worked there for years and they alway use the usps and never had a problem. So gazelle is the only company or person who has never had something lost by usps what a lie! I was told they couldn't do anything if I didn't file a claim with the post office. The post office said I couldn't file a claim as there was no insurance purschased. Britney said they always insure their packages. Again dumb as dirt Britney defends Gazelle and says gazelle won't do anything if I don't file a claim and to take it up with the usps. Thank God for paypal! I contacted PayPal filed a claim and I will get my money back. As for Gazelle and Britney......hope they burn in hell!
