I had sent Gazelle an HTC Evo 4G and an LG Optimus on March 16th 2012. I was told that my estimated sale price would be $138. I did understand that the price could be adjusted for condition and I accepted that fact. Today, April 13th 2012, I received my check for the cell phones. The check was for $8.00. I have not heard from that company until today when I called them.  I was told that one phone was not functional (it was) and the other still have service on it (which it did not). They will not adjust the price and cannot send me my phones back because they were "recycled." I was supposed to receive an email giving me 5 days to accept the "new price" but I never received one at all.  Those phones were worth a lot more then $8.00. This company is not using very good practices and I would be very aware that you might as well donate them then to go through this hassle.
