Don't buy from Gearbest. I purchased a drone in May 2021. They took a week to send a fake tracking number. When I contacted gearbest support they failed to explain why the tracking number was fake but to wait 7-10 days. After 10 days I emailed again and they said they were still waiting for the seller to respond.

At the 50 day mark they said I had to wait until after 60 days to file a claim. At 62 days they said they couldn't help me because I did not pay for insurance. I explained that no insurance was offered and that the tracking number was fake. They refused to address the fake tracking number issue and said they would only offer a 50% refund. Their "customer service" reps are trained to hold people off and lie.
