This is my first month experience with GB, in this period I have buy two items, one Xiaomi Smartphone and one Robotic Vacuum Cleaner, everything is very good even when I get a problem the support was very fast and professional.
They need to change their DOA warranty (dead on arrive) because is not so clear: my second purchase arrived broken and the shipping fee for the return from my country is very expensive compared to the object price, so we found a satisfactory deal. That kind of situation is not described in their warranty page, will be better in the future if they explain and write in their page.

On 25 th of december 2017 i,ve placed an order W1712250448464499 for a Xiaomi smart air purifier. The item has been delivered on 22 th of january 2018.
Product looks very nice and air seems to be better:)
Delivery was maybe a litlle to long but there was no additional costs. I think that delivery took over 3 weeks because of Christmas and New Year time.
i can recommend gearbest because i bought other things in the past and always everything was ok.
