To: General Motors Corporation....dateline 6/15/1988??? Yes 1988

From: Your former customer that will continue to work against you to the day I die (or your corporation dies and I am getting close) and I have trained and mentored others including my children to do the same each and every day since 1988!!!!!

My rippoff started in 1986 with the purchase of my OLDS 98 Regency with 3.8 liter Engine. The car had problems from the beginning, My car payment at the time was about $350 per month and my average repair bill was about ANOTHER $250 per month over a 3 year period.

I had two small children and money was tight. I was fooled by a nice design and looks of the car but everything mechanical was complete junk as it still is today. I had 3 transmissions replaced in the car before 75,000 all at my expense!!! There were so many other problems with the car I could write a book!!!

I later found out the transmission wasn't designed to take the power of the 3.8 liter engine and design/manufacturing changes were not made until the 1989 model year. The General Motors Zone Service Managers who personally reviewed my complaints and repair bills told be to hit the road and never paid me a penny. This was war!!!

OK having an MBA in Marketing being an Opinion Leader and STILL to this day 18 years laters I trash GM everyday. My kids were deprived of toys vscations etc. because I had to keep this car on the road I had too much money in it. Stuff just kept failing I couldn't believe it. Now with the power of the internet I have lots of time to warn others NEVER BUY A GENERAL MOTORS PRODUCT they still are junk!!!

Yes Mr GM Man how about the alignment of the Cadillac CTS at 30,000 miles??? I can't wait until GM files Chapter 11 they deserve it. I figure I have convinced at least 3500 people not to buy GM products and remember Saturn is a GM product. My numbers have recently gone up as of all the luck I got a job as GM car saleman!

In 6 months I have switched every GM POTENTIAL CUSTOMER into a Honda or Toyota and even lost commission because my mission in life is to take GM down and I'm getting close. If only they would of paid even part of my transmission repair bill things would of been different but their "we are GOD attitude" is now "please GOD save us from bankruptcy" I say let them rot in hell. (look at all the emotion I still have even after 18 years!) I warned them I would trash their products and company till the day I die I think I still have another 30 years to go!!
