General Steel Advertisements are a LIE Littleton Colorado

If you hear any of the General Steel Metal Building ads, be forwarned that they are deceptive lies.  They are selling a metal building package - not a building you can use.  In other words, they sell you the parts and pieces and you have to put it together.  Their cost does not include the footings, floor slab, erection of the metal building, insulation, doors, windows, interior walls, etc as necessary for an actual usable building.  Do the math.  A real building ready to move into will cost about $100 per square foot.  Even a bare bones metal building ready to use will cost about $45 a square foot.  If you do not know anything about construction, contact a commercial architect or commercial general contractor before you buy a metal building!
