They kept the money and never delivered the product.
We paid General Steel Corporation $65,000 to deliver a steel building to our church facilities in Riverside, CA.

They kept the money and never delivered the product.

More egregiously, my numerous attempts to resolve this matter, including my recent telephonic conversation with Mr. Bruce Graham, Manager of General Steel Corporation, have been futile.   

I would like General Steel Corporation to resolve this matter either by refunding the money or, preferably, by delivering a similar building of equal value c/o First Gospel Assembly, 3511 Pine Hills Road, Orlando, FL 32818. Secondly, I request a copy of the original contract that I signed with General Steel Corporation.
