Signed a numberless contract on Nov. 14, 2007,  Had sales department and others Adam D., Tim W., and other that financould be achieved. I stated the very first conversation with Adam D. , if I can't get financed. Contract is canceled. With, fill reasurrence from the employees of General Steel it would be no probelm. So to enter into a contract and get a quote. A consumer must first FAX to General Steel a deposit check ( 6200.00 my money ) , then later mail check to G. Steel  ( LEGAL Business practises across states Ripoff sales tachtics at the very least )

With good faith commitment I sent Check,,  Days became, weeks , weeks , became over a month not hearing anything from G. Steel. Which I had made calls into G. Steel to get absolutely no information on my issues. 

Then out at dinner in a restaurant eating, Wayne G. calls me ranting and raving about if I don't taje delivery , I was in breach of contract. I verbally stated no finance no contract,,,,,,,,, Hello. SO Wayne sent me a letter of being in breach.

No real contract ( doesn't have contract number )

No Services, No communication on financing issues

No Nothing Nothing,,  What a days income  6200.00 doollars for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING   ELLIGAL !!
