  As a new resident of Georgia I went with Georgia natural gas for my services my bill was $43 due on the 19th which was a Monday I paid the bill in full on Friday the 24th and I have a confirmation number I paid the money directly to them on Monday the 27th day they disconnected my services when I called them they said that he didn't post to my can even though I directly pay them until Monday the 27th morning but they didn't cut my services off until 2 PM on the 27th so even after it posted to my account and they clearly saw that the bill was paid in full with no past due balance they still disconnected my services in and charge me $60 to reconnect which won't happen into the next five days so I am a disabled mother with a small child without gas services for a fully paid bill

Which day did you pay them?? The 24th or the 27th???? They had every right to disconnect your service if you did not make payment arrangements.  AND if you are disabled with a child then how do you pay for internet services????
