I paid www.giftcards.com $24.95 for a $20 gift card. The recipient never received the gift card. The email address was not an issue as it was checked several times via phone calls with giftcards and via phone conversations with recipient. Do not use this service.

The customer placed an order with GiftCards.com to have an virtual gift sent. Due to a technical error, the recipient has been unable to retrieve the card.
The Director of Customer Service for GiftCards.com personally reached out the purchaser after 11:00 pm EST on a Saturday night and offere to have the Technical team research the issue to get it resolved so the recipient can access the virtual gift. He also offered the option of a full refund.
The Customer Service Director offered their sincere apology and offered to do everything that can be done to correct the situation.
The purchaser requested the refund and it was approved by the Director of Customer Service, yet this poster continues to maliciously post negative, misleading posts in many places all over the internet acting as though GiftCards.com has been unresponsive. It is absolutely dishonest to suggest that is the case.
The poster of the review to which I am responding continues to maliciously and inappropriately harrass GiftCards.com, a company that maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau as well as having the distinction of be honored with the Google Trusted Merchant rating.
GiftCards.com has acted ethically and honestly throughout the entire process, but for some reason, this poster has decided that dishonestly maligning the character of an incredibly ethical company is how they choose to spend their time.
GiftCards.com will not allow such blatantly misleading information to be dishonestly spread without rebuttal.
