Global Timeshares, Josh Rose told us he had buyer for timeshare which we did not market with him, wanted $1350 Brockton Massachusetts

Man called my wife over weekend, said had buyer for timeshare we had listed with Global Timeshare Solutions, but he worked for Global Timeshares. He said he wanted $1350 up front as fee for finding a buyer. She had me call him back, he would not fill out a contract, said he could not legally have buyer until I was hired ($1350) by his company to sell the property. He said he already had a buyer for $15000 that was leaving soon and we needed to send credit card number ASAP to lock the deal. He assured us that we would get the check for $15000 in less than 30 days. I asked him if he had a real estate license, he said no, timeshares sales do not require that, I asked him if he had a license to sell timeshares and he said he did. I told him to send me an email detailing what he had discussed with me. He said he could send me a blank contract, but not any details because he really could not legally declare he had a buyer until we signed and paid his company. He gave me his phone numbers, cell was 407-936-4723, business was 321-206-4646 and toll free was 877-823-7916. He said he was in Florida, but when I looked up the address for this company it is in MA. He never sent the email, so maybe I spooked him.

I was pretty sure this was a ripoff, so researched Global Timeshares on internet and found plenty of history proving this organization was a scam. Wanted everyone to have latest info on their operation, we paid nothing, but I am sure he will try to get someone else. Someone needs to send these guys to Jail!!
