GMAC called my home this evening and the first person who answered the phone was asked whether that person was me. The person speaking to GMAC was NOT me, Yet GMAC did no double check whether it be DOB or SS#. She discussed my mortgage with this individual. I was then handed=the phone and demanded to know why she was talking to anyone but me, the entitled property and loan is in my name exclusively. I know this is wrong but don't know where to take this. Any ideas?

first i find this hard to belive and second next time by a recorder that can be attached to the phone, when they call tell them they are being recorded for traing purposes like they do to you, ask whom they really are but as fro now not a darm thing you can do with out proof .
