I have sent payments to this GMAC Mortgage since 2003, a balance of $44,200.00 were in bankruptcy from 1998 t0 2003, in 2005 my job were on strike to 2007,came back from strike and paid GMAC Mortgage $15,789.00 to caught up payments from 2005 t0 2007, now i am paying $564.00 a month on interest, still have a balance $32,687.00 and at the maturity date(May 18, 2013) i will still owe a balloon paymant of $46,689.57 to payed right then.I talked with GMAC about loan modification, the answer they give me my loan cannot be modify.I am a Veteran and disable and this problem is destroying me. My interest is 10.74% daily

sorry to say this but hiring an attorny right now is just wasting money, gmac has filed for bankruptcy and theres noting that can be done, all the lawsuits etc are on hold at this time, again gmac has done their dirty work to the feds and to us , we bailed them out and now they filed because of all the 1000s of suits, i have two atorneys i can recommed to you contact me at advocatehelp4u@aol.com , one thing you can do is file with the court of ny that you be put on the list that gmac owes you hope to hear from you

Now that i have paided my last mortgage payment to GMACMortgage,i've filed with the Attorney General in my state S C that GMACMortgage has over charged me $23,9250.08 of interest, i am looking for a lawyer ato represent me, i have legal papers from the Atternoy General showing me the errors that GMACMortgage did, and what they did(GMACMorgage) is more than any $23,920.08, i need to make them pay.
