You pay only the shipping and handling up front, if you try the product and determine that you are unsatisfied you can return the unused portion within the trial period and not be billed a thing. If you keep the product then you would be billed for them after the trial period ends. Even after your trial period ends you still have a period of time (up to 30 days from your date of purchase), to return your trial order to be reimbursed. All of this information was provided on the order page with a check box. You must read and accept the terms and conditions for the order to even process. We also provide the exact date when the trial period ends and the amount scheduled to be billed on the order confirmation page, order confirmation email, and the order invoice included with the trial shipment. We provide this information multiple times to avoid it from being missed. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding of this offer.
