While on the internet a blog came up offering a free trial for a supplement just paying S&H (which is how they get your credit card information). Nowhere online or in the receipt you get with the product do they tell you that there is a expiration on the free trial and that they are going to charge your credit card without authorization.
To get them from charging me in the future, I had to cancel my credit card. (I read on the internet that they keep sending product and keep charging without authorization). I will file a dispute with my bank as soon as the transaction goes all the way through. Luckily, I found this site with a google search and was able to cancel my credit card before GNS did any more damage.
Thank you,
Sheila

The offer that you ordered from is advertised as a 21 day free trial offer. You pay only the shipping and handling up front, if you try the product and determine that you are unsatisfied you can return the unused portion within the trial period and not be billed a thing. If you keep the product then you would be billed for them after the trial period ends. Even after your trial period ends you still have a period of time (up to 30 days from your date of purchase), to return your trial order to be reimbursed. All of this information was provided on the order page with a check box. You must read and accept the terms and conditions for the order to even process. We also provide the exact date when the trial period ends and the amount scheduled to be billed on the order confirmation page, order confirmation email, and the order invoice included with the trial shipment. We provide this information multiple times to avoid it from being missed. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding of this offer.
Unfortunately we would be unable to offer further assistance since you have filed a dispute with your credit card company. In the future we hope that our customers would contact our company for assistance rather than disputing the charges. We would be more than happy to assist our customers with any questions in regard to their order.
Thank you,
Supervisor
