They say that you will get to try a 30 days supply for only 3.97cents. They then say that they are able to offer these pills so cheap in hopes that you will try other types of diet pills from them. It allows you in the ordering to say no to these other offers and then agrees to send you the pills for free for you to try them as long as you pay shipping. Two weeks after recieving the diet pills, they charged my bank account another 79.95 without authrization for the "free" diet pills. They are commenting on the shipping reciept that I authorized these charges. When you try to call them, you are on hold and no one answers. When you email them, they never respond. I have disputed the charges with the bank. I cannot return these pills until they give me "an RA number" or they refuse to accept them back. Total Rip OFF, buyer beware.

For the trial offers we never advertise that they are being offered for cheap in hopes that our customers would order our other products. We do present a series of upsells in which our customers can either decline or accept these offers. The trial offers are presented as a way for our customers to try out the product and only be billed for them if kept past that trial period. If for some reason a customer is unsatisfied with their products they can return the unused portion within the trial period and not be billed.
We understand that you may have been having a problem contacting our company for a return authorization number. We sincerely do apologize for this issue which has since been resolved.
