I wanted to try the Acai Berry edge. I recieved my (what suppose to be a free trial bottle) Instead I recieved 2 bottles and on the statement they printed in small letters that before the middle of the month they would be billing me on my charge card a balance of $79.90. I called the phone number on the bill and was put on hold for over a hour and was told it would be a 5 min. wait. I also e-mailed the company and told them I was sending back their product for (1) it made me sick to my stomach and (2) I did not agree to pay the amount they were saying they were going to charge. I never got ant respond and I was forced to call my credit card company and explain it to them and they cancled out my charge card in order for me not to have to pay this company. As I write this I again tried to call this company and again was told it would be a 5 min. wait and I am still on hold and it has been over 15 mins. I am hanging up and I will not try again.

Evelyn,
The offer that you ordered from is advertised as a 21 day free trial offer. You pay only the shipping and handling up front, if you try the product and determine that you are unsatisfied you can return the unused portion within the trial period and not be billed a thing. If you keep the product then you would be billed for them after the trial period ends. Even after your trial period ends you still have a period of time (up to 30 days from your date of purchase), to return your trial order to be reimbursed.
We understand that you may have been having a problem getting through to our company. We want to sincerely apologize for this issue which has since been resolved. If you still have any additional questions regarding your order please do not hesitate to contact customer service at 1-800-595-4670.
Thank you,
