The web site is designed to mislead and gather billing information from unsuspecting visitors to the site. You will be signed up for auto filling with no way to cancel or return products. In some cases they will bill you but not even send any products. As you click through the site you will be tricked into purchasing more than you exected. You can call and be given an authorization return number and the initial purchase will be accepted back, but that will not cancel the discount VIP auto fill program that you are not aware of. You will find that out when you examine your bank statement or in some cases you will receive a shipment which has specific instructions about how you can not ever receive your money back.

When placing an order on our order page, all information in regard to the trial offer is explained in the terms and conditions and is agreed upon for the order to process. Our customers must check a box stating that they have read and agree to the terms of the offer for the trial order to even process. Additionally, we present the information for the offer on the order confirmation page, order confirmation email, and the order invoice included with the trial shipment. The information is presented multiple times in an effort to avoid them from being missed; we apologize if this offer was misunderstood.
When placing an order for the trial offer there is an option to add additional products to your order, you can either click on the no thanks button, or the yes add to my order button. Both options are obvious either accept or decline on adding these products to your order. There is no trickery used in presenting these options, they are offers and discounts on products that can simply either be accepted or declined.

There is an autoship program with this offer. Autoships are sent out every 45 days from the original order date, our customers can contact us to cancel the autoship program at anytime either by email or by calling our customer service number. There is more than enough time for our customers to contact us to cancel future shipments should they desire to do so. All of the information in regard to the autoships are provided not just on the order page but also in the documentation included with the trial order. Additionally, when customers contact us to receive a return authorization number to send back their initial order, we make sure that their autoship is cancelled at that time even if the request is not specifically made by our customers. We realize that if a customer is returning their shipment it is understood that they desire no future shipments of that same product.
