Back in May I was contacted by a sales person from Great cars and trucks named "Allan Johnson". He promised me the world and got me really excited when he said he had already approved 3 people in my area for financing and that these people were interested in my car. Like a sucker I fell for it hook line and sinker and as soon as we made the transaction final I could never get a hold of the guy again. First off there was a problem with my ad that I couldn't fix myself and he told me to call if I needed help. After calling and leaving him over 10 messages (over the course of like 3-4 weeks I realized that he wasn't going to be calling me back. I started to try to find someone else to help me and I was given a few names by the receptionist but then when I would leave a message for them ... once again I never got called back.

Finally I ended up tricking that lowlife Allan Johnson into talking to me. I called and pretended I was calling him back and was a potential client. I gave them my fake vehicle info and within 20 minutes Allan was calling me back ... what a surprise. As soon as he knew what I had done he got a little reserved and gave me a few names and some things to do in order to get my money back. He had me talk to a girl named Nicole and she told me that the refund was processing and that I would be getting a letter with the date it will be in my bank in about 2 weeks. That was a month ago now and I still have no refund, furthermore I doubt I'll ever get one but I'm not going to stop trying until I get my refund or until this company goes out of business (which I'm confident they will regardless).

Companies like this one do not deserve the right to operate. I've wasted more than 15 hours in the last 6 months dealing with these people and it all started with a lowlife salesman who wanted $50 or so bucks in commission. Shame on you Allan Johnson and SHAME ON YOU Great cars and trucks.
