Great Cars And Trucks Rude, misleading and no Customer Service ripoff Calgary Canada

This company has good sales people but their follow-up is bereft of any basic customer service oriented support. I was promised an e-mail with information for posting photos. Never got it. Had to call. Then spoke with a customer service guy who said to e-mail pictures. I did.

Called the next day. The number I called never heard of the guy. "Don't you have a company directory?" No. Then I was hung up on. Finally found my sales person. Got the customer service guy. he went beserk when I told him that this was the fifth call, no one is helping me, I spent the $170 - I am the customer - I shouldn't have to keep calling and going to the web site to try and navigate their poor interface to post photos. We'll see if I get the refund if the car doesn't sell.
Here's the bottom line.

These companies, e-Bay included, are managed and run by a bunch of young IT folks who have no clue about who pays their salaries. They have developed systems of posting information and communcation that do not jibe with their customers' needs.

We, as consumers, have bought into the notion that the internet might actually help us sell our cars, trucks, etc. And sometimes it works. But, do not expect a smooth or enjoyable experience. Both e-Bay and this company tell us what to do, how to post, log on, develop passwords, usernames, and then when their system doesn't work they don't follow up, they make more mistakes and then think we are jerks for asking them to fulfill their stated obligations. I got a refund from e-Bay. let's see what Great Cars and Trucks does. Something tells me...
