Last year I contacted Green Tree and they agreed to lower my outragiously high interest rate based on an excellent credit rating and never missing a payment. After I sent all documents, they stopped answering their phone and emails. I tried to get on their website and it seems to not exist anymore. They don't have a problem accepting my auto payment every month though.
