Green Tree Servicing Rude and Unprofessional Rapid City South Dakota

Today on September 29, 2014 I called Green Tree to change a payment date the representative was kind enough to do it and we ended the call but 5 mins later a Green Tree rep calls back and begin to ask me why I changed the payment date i proceed to tell her I had to pay another bill and wouldn't have enough to cover both bills seemed simple right, well this rep begins to tell me I couldn't do that i needed to change it back, when did i get paid why i didn't pay it with the check I just got and then she proceeds to get her supervisor on the call she begins to tell me that what's more important a roof over head or what! and she yelling at me, so fustrated i blurt out just change it back then to original date the rep tells me she'll change it when she good and ready! I almost lost my religion and cussed her out but I said no dont do that. Yolanda and her supervisor are representatives from Hell I mean satan sisters!! OMG! The next time they call me I will be recording them and making documentation of it.
