I have a non escrow mortgage . i pay my own taxes and home owners insurance. I am current on all. I have had this loan for at least 8 years and now all of a sudden i go to pay my mortgage and it is 210.00 more than what i am suppose to pay i was in shock that they paid my taxes. what they said i should have paid my taxes in Nov . and i said i have never paid my taxes in Nov i have till march to pay them .. well we let you slide all those years .. huh what this is not right. and of course they have me paying back to them 2400 and not the 1700 that i owe to the county. Now who is going to help me. they want me now to pay them for the taxes and they will let me know in 3 days weather they will reverse the escrow ... huh . that doesnt sound right . what can i do i filed a complaint with the consumer protection .gov. with no results yet.

Green Tree Mortgage or Green Tree Servicing They purchased my mortgage, they lost a payment in May and will not reimburse me nor help, I have insurance and they are charging me for homeowners insurance. I had to figure this out myself, there was NO letter sent to me telling me they need proof of insurance. Rapid City South Dakota
