This bank is the worst bank ever to deal with, they are rude, they do not care about your personal situation, and they get mad and go crazy when trying to do a ashort sale, I called once to ask for a shortsale package or for iunformation about short selling for medical reasons and to make a long story short, after insulting me and my wife over the phone, the lady hung up on me.

Beware of this bank, do not do business with them if you care about your finances!!!!
