I checked out there site and products and found it very enticing and at the height of excitement made a purchased on the 14th of dec but to date I have made attempts to call the toll # and emailed their customer service but could neither find a live person nor a proper email response.I 'm now convinced it is scam.

The BBB gives it an F rating and has an alert on them, as follows.
