I purchased a Hd projector in June 2014 . After 2 weeks no tracking# no info. Sent email. Was told shipment sent Postal service must have been lost. Said they would ship another unit Fedex. Week past. Sent email. They sent me a tracking #. For another week just said shipment info recieved. Emailed again. Threatened to file a dispute with credit card company. 1 week later finally recieved unit. Fairly happy with for 2 months then low and behold unit develops large bloch in the middle of the screen. Contacted company . was told to return for repair or replacement. $56.00 to ship back 10/6/14. after numurious emails told projector was repaired and would ship. Weeks later no info no tracking # . More emails. They said it must of got lost would ship a new one Fedex. Finaly I get a tracking #. For a week tracking # just says shipping info recieved. More emails. Was told must of got lost, would ship another UPS. Does anyone see the pattern. It is now 12/3/14 I have no projector and no one will get back to me at this point. This unit with purchase price and return for repair has cost me $405.00 and I have nothing. I have disputed the origanal purchase with credit card company and am presently in limbo. I suggest everyone stays away from hdprojectorworld.com unless you have money to waste.
