HDProjectorWorld.com Processes Payment but never delivered. Richmond BC

We purchased their ProSeries Model Crius-H-A 4600 Ansi Lumen Projector from them.
it was supposed to ship next day.  It took over 3 weeks to arrive after much calling.
They were supposed to include a ceiling mount.  They didn't.
The bulb lasted about a 11 months.  I ordered a new lamp.  It took 30 days to arrive
after much calling.  That lamp lasted 9 months. also it came without a mount and I
was forced to take apart the old lamp mount and replace the lamp on the old mount.
We ordered another Lamp.  That was June 25th.  Our Credit Card showes it was Processed
on June 28th three days later.  We NEVER RECEIVED THE LAMP.  It's now August 17th.
We have called them repeatedly and been told various stories.  We were told twice that they
would ship out a New lamp and to just refuse the other one if it came.  Then we were told
They would ship a Next Day Air Lamp and extend our warranty for a year.  That never happened.
Today when we called they told us that shipping would have a tracking number and put us through
to a line that just kept ringing.  They never picked up.  When we imeadiately called back our
calls were dumped in to voice-mail. 
It would also appear as if they are falsely using a Better Business Bureau Logo along with
a Chamber of Commerce Logo without permission.  That should be looked in to as well.
