The management contacted me saying he would ship the missing ceiling mount...and neglected to mention the free case that i also did not receive....here i am still dealing with their deception...supposedly these ceiling mounts have been sent out twice.

the part that is really skeptical is when i told them that only the projector fit inside the box and there was no room for a mount or anything...i was given what sounded to me as a well rehearsed excuse that "they put it into a seperate box and taped it to the outside which it probably fell off in transit" Who are they kidding? The packing slip clearly states the number of items. and it clearly stated 1.  I dont know how they ship things in Canada but you cant just tape two boxes and call it one item...Im so tired of having to deal with them.

Save yourselves the headache and beware of HDPROJECTORWORLD. They are a a rip off and the product is so cheap...you truly get what you pay for....you are not getting a deal, you are getting a projector WITHOUT a brand name or any name. And those accessories that they love to list for free do not even make it to your door!
