HDProjectorWorld.com Three weeks of false promises. Still waiting on Son's Christmas Present Richmond British Columbia Canada

It is now 30 days later.  Item still not recieved.  Credit card charged immediately.  I purchased this Projector well in advance for a Christmas family event as well as my only gift to my son.  With each email requesting the where abouts of my expensive purchase, I would get one excuse after another, along with at least 3 emails indicating item has been shipped or will be re-shipped that day. They then claimed it was lost via Fed-Ex.  Had to contact Fed-Ex who responded they never received the item to ship.  30 days of begging/pleading/demanding my order. Repeatly told they would mail "that day".  Was offered a full refund, free shipping, even a 30.00 discount. However, since this item "was" on sale for Cyber Monday, I continued to ask them to ship my purchase.  

For Christmas, I gave my son an empty box with pages and pages of email excuses from HD Projector World.  

Per last correspondence, item has supposely been shipped on the 30th of Dec.  

Bottom line.  Worse customer service ever.  Ruined planned Christmas event using the projector.  Son left with no Christmas present.

I will never use this company again.  And still waiting on the projector.
